Getech have used Zinc a number of times in the past for key executive and management roles. The current engagement involves a search for a new Chair and non-exec board positions to support the company’s strategic pivot to the energy transition. The Zinc team initially undertook a market scoping exercise which gave us confidence that there were a range of potential candidates before undertaking the detailed search process. Further discussion created a short list and subsequently a preferred candidate.
